Im looking for a plugin (or code modyfication) for myBB 1.4.x which will change some words from users post to other text (link).

For example someone in post write google, and forum automaticly change it to <a href="http://google.com">Google</a>.

Pairs Google and http://google.com will be defined.

Anyone found any plugin working like this?

You can do it with word filter function of MyBB.
Just add Google to Word field and add Google to Replacement field and it will work!

if word use in topic it show like this

[url]www.google.com[/url]

Anyway, how did you setup the word filter?

As far as I remember, the word filter doesn't allow HTML any more (nor does it allow BBCode I believe) though I think it used to.

It allow BBCode.

Use this;
- Word: Google
- Replacement:

[url=http://google.com]Google[/url]

I never realised that, so thanks Yaldaram. It certainly used to allow HTML at one point as I used to use it to replace acronyms.

i added bbcode but


bb code just work in text can use it in link , .....
