Woo hoo.. I found the first Windows problem.

When I go to import a theme from a local file on my pc and click submit it loads the "The page cannot be displayed page". The url of the frame is kinda funny to-res://ieframe.dll/dnserror.htm#http://bizari.net/community/admin/themes.php.

When I try to import a theme from a file already stored on the server, it says "Upload failed. Please try again.".

I've tried a whole whack of different themes for pr2, so it can't be them. Hoping someone can offer some assistance.

There is a few theming bugs in PR2. Some have been fixed in SVN, and some still left to fix. They will all be fixed by 1.0 Final.

As for your problem, I remember someone saying to try rename the file or something like that.
