Howdy folks.

This has to be a simple thing, but I'm damned if I can see what I'm doing wrong!

I just did a fresh installation of myBB on my site and all went well (very nice script!). But after placing a test post (as the administrator), I get the following error message:

"You do not have permission to access this page".

Here's what I've alread looked at:
- I'm not on the banned list (IP, username or anything)
- the forum has the correct permissions set. (as a test, I allowed every user type access to do everything, but I still get the permissions error message)
- if I'm logged out, I can see the thread.
- if I'm logged in as a "regular" user, I cannot see the thread.

Any ideas...? There must be some additional permissions somewhere; I guess I just haven't found it...

In ACP-->Forums & Posts-->Options (click PERMISSIONS) --> Make sure you have the right permissions, and to go in further click "Set Permissions" just to make sure. Smile
Oh bloomin' eck.

Thanks! Knew it was something daft.
