How do I find the ID of a forum on my site, or the ID of a user?

At the end of the URL.

http://community.mybboard.net/forum-81.html
http://community.mybboard.net/user-13556.html

Remember these URLs are SEO URLs, so the ID will be at the very end of the URL for the normal URLs.

The URLs used here, by default it'd be /forumdisplay.php?fid=81, but here, the MyBB SEO feature is on, so it's /forum-81.html, that's all.
