I want to make a section of my forum for people over 50 posts is there a way to do it ?

I have it restricted with a password atm members contact me when they reach 50 to get access

there is a plug-in available that blocks users under a certain post count from viewing a certain forum

Use the group promotions feature... make a usergroup with access to it, and set up a promotion to promote members to this group when they reach 50 posts.

I was wondering one more thing how do i change the width of my theme
