Where is the best place online to learn PHP? I'm curious and want to try my hand at it. Any reply is appreciated

For absolute beginners I recommend the www.w3schools.com/php tutorial. After that, you can understand the PHP manual a lot better.

I would not recomand W3School for PHP. W3 is good for HTML, XHTML, CSS, and other but not PHP.... the best place one again to learn PHP is at http://php.net/

Or there is tizag.com.
They teach it pretty well.
Although when I think about it, php is a pretty easy language to learn.

Id also recommend looking at some scripts and see how they are coded, helps a lot if you can see how they work etc
