Instead of the usual time displayed for when things were posted (e.g. Today, 3:30pm), is it possible to display relative time?

E.g. Last post: 3 minutes ago

I would really love this as it makes finding active topics much easier, and is common on other forum software.

ANy ideas?

This requires a modification/plugin unfortunately.
