I closed my forum and went back to reopen it and there is no option to reopen

The only options i have is can admins see the board yes or no and add a message why the board is closed

That is the board closed option..... NO is open, YES is closed. Hence why when it's set to YES, there's the option to add a message to show to people. The setting option is Board Closed, you choose yes or no. 'Administrators will still be able to view the forums' is just general information.

Just set it to No. It's simple: Board Closed: Yes, No.
