Please look at the attached image and tell me what templates I have to edit this sections marked in red. I am having trouble working out which templates to edit.

Im not 100% sure about the top one but try
Templates>**your template**>Options>Expand>Header Templates>header
For the bottom one you edit:
Templates>**your template**>Options>Expand>Footer Templates>footer
I controlled now and they're not the exactly templates!
The bottom one isn't the footer, the footer is the copyright messages.
And the header is calendar, search, ecc....
Actually the footer is where Contact us etc is
The screen shot shows what you SHOULD have the footer template
