I have done 5+ fresh installs but I keep getting those errors, how can I fix it? By the way, it don't matter what theme I use, I always get this errors.

Thanks very much.. I didn't upgrade though I did a fresh install so that file needs to be replaced in the Download Section.

It's a Server but I got it fixed now.

It's fixed in the next maintenance release.
