MyBB SQL Error

MyBB has experienced an internal SQL error and cannot continue.

SQL Error:
1054 - Unknown column 'loginattempts' in 'field list'
Query:
UPDATE mybb_sessions SET loginattempts=loginattempts+1 WHERE sid = ''



everytime i loggin it gives me this error what should i do?

1. Run the upgrade script.
2. Search forums.
3. Read announcements.
