Hi,
I forgot my password for my forum as i have two forums and have different passwords for them. it locked me out for 15 minutes and when i came to login again it said

"Please fill out the image verification code to continue the login process. Please enter the code exactly how it appears in the image."

but there is no image verification box or image there? how do i login back to my forum? i have tried forgot password to reset it but still no good.
