Anyone know where can find a plug in with the feature that automatic send PM to thread owner once his thread move to other forum by moderator?

The PM include message shall be

Quote:Hi, Your thread has been operate by moderator.
Thread Subject: ABC ABC ABC
Forum: General Discuss
Move to
Target Forum: Technical Discussion
