Hey.

I am going to hold a little competition on my site to win a small prize, like a 10 pound amazon voucher.

The aim of my competition is to and try to increase the amount of users on the site.

Does anybody have any idea's what type of competition would make users post, and generally get more active users on my site.

Whoever posts most within one week would be an obvious one to fit those specs. What is your forums subject?

My forum is a 'general' forum. I know your most probably going to go, "awwww, not another one."

The site is mostly for my school. Its just a place were people randomly chat.

At the moment the competition is:

If you have 30 or more posts you are entered into a prize draw.

Yeah, I did the same thing when my site opened ... though it was 100 posts.
