Like if we get permission , can someone convert it to mybb ?

as far as i know you CAN'T DIRECTLY use someone elses forum theme IMAGES to make his theme your own ..you can i think follow the structure and format to what you want ...

I Dont get someones theme Via right click and saving pics - i can get the original myself as his vb theme is a free one
but if i get permission from the original skin maker, is it possible ?

Yes it's possible to do it. Familiarize yourself with the mybb template system. People have converted VB and phpbb templates just fine.

Is there any tutorials for this ? as i wish to convert themes myself
