i get this error when i log in

MyBB SQL Error
MyBB has experienced an internal SQL error and cannot continue.

SQL Error:
1054 - Unknown column 'loginattempts' in 'field list'
Query:
SELECT loginattempts FROM mybb_users WHERE LOWER(username)='desirippers' LIMIT 1

Please help

Run the upgrade script. Also search as this has been asked I don't know how many times, and read announcements as it was mentioned twice.
