I want to add the navbar from http://www.lostonthe.net/ (my site), the navbar which has the forum, resoruces bottons on it.

How do I add that onto www.lostonthe.net/forum

add the html menu code to
Templates & Style > Templates > Default Templates (your default template) > Header Templates > Header
