What do you mean by "expand"?... the MyBB default theme is fluid, which means it will expand to the screen resolution it is viewed in.
For any other theme, you'll need to ask your question in right section - Templates, Theme Sets & Graphics

If you want to change the width, you'll need to edit the #container width setting in the global.css of your theme. Dont think you can do anything about the height though as that depends what the page is....

in example http://www.learnmybb.com & http://www.hackforums.net/ they has a wide template know.. i ask about that.... but normal mybb forum has thin template..i dont know you guys talking about Fixed & fluid... i need fluid(wide) ??

Just try different things and see how you like it. Something like 700px will always make it 700px wide, something like 70% should make it take up 70% of the screen width.
