My problem is that nobody can't register, when someone want register on forum, show him white page.

What was the last plugin you installed before this occurred?

I can go to http://erape.eu/member.php?action=register and it loads ok, but says 'Rejestracja kont jest aktualnie wyłączona. Zapraszamy później', which I assume means you've disabled registrations.

The last install plugin is User Guestbooks, but when I install this plugin, everything was ok.

It's happen suddenly.

I disabled registrations because when someone want register on forum, show him white page. I enable registrations.

Have you edited any templates?? What was the last thing you did before it broke??

No, i don't edtited any templates

See if disabling the meta tags plugin does anything.

I disable/enable all plugins and likewise
