Got locked out of the website and no possible way to get into the admin CP

In what way are you 'locked out'?? You can access files via FTP but you can't actually do anything.....

Okay the they is my website
My msn got hacked and the password got changed
When i asked for another password i got the activation code i go and type it in and it says its wrong leaving me no way of getting in my forum
Okay could it be an error if it happens to more than one account ?
