ok GD2 installed

capcha shows on registeration but when a user wants to reset there password when coming baclk to the board to reativate the new password and then they get a new password they come back to log in with new user name and password but it wont allow them to sign in cause capch is requered and it keeps saying you need to fill it out or you cant continue without capcha even beign there

yup the fix works perfectly and solved the problem i was having
