Is there anything i can have that shows users with less than 5 posts a piece of text on each page,

For example

Reach 5 posts and gain access to blah blah blah, ?

Wrong forum, and you've already requested it once, no need to make a new thread, you can bump the old one. I even linked you to a plugin and you didn't say it wasn't what you wanted.
