I very much doubt this is a bug, do a recount and rebuild in your ACP.
I tried to rebuild but nothing, the problem remain

Have you run the first three recount/rebuilds?
Have you searched the "posts" table in the database to make sure that there isn't actually a post (for some strange reason).
... and the result? And the result of searching the database?...
Think a previous rebuild didn't work. Chances are this is a 'ghost in the database'. Once in my forum, it said I had 4 unapproved posts in a forum, where there weren't any listed, even after rebuilding everything, I even went through that forum and there where none, so I just edited the database.
