Is there a manual for MYBB? I searched around and didnt find it. Am I looking carefullyHuh

Can any one please helpRolleyes
There is in the upper right corner:
http://community.mybboard.net/misc.php?action=help

You can also find more documentation here:
http://wiki.mybboard.net

Or you can ask questions here. Smile
When you download MyBB, it comes with a installation and upgrade documentation. However, a more thorough documentation would be the MyBB Wiki: http://wiki.mybboard.net

By now you've either given up or learnt the hard way.
The answers provided so far are just plain wrong:
  • In the upper right corner, "Help" is an end-user manual, not an admin user manual.
  • The installation/upgrade manual is just that, and not a user manual.
  • The wiki is little more than a list of words copied from the user interface with a few more "and"s and "the"s sprinkled on top and is thus almost useless.
The closest thing i've found to a user manual so far -- and i only just found it -- is the Features section on this site!

I didn't know this site existed until a week after starting to use MyBB and i didn't even know there was a link to this site for another week!

Yes, because that is help docs for users using this actual forum, exactly like what you have on your forum. That's fairly obvious considering it's with links to other forum pages like the member list and search page, that's not something specific to MyBB.com or some kind of documentation for people who run MyBB forums.

Well, yes, an installation/upgrade manual is only going to be an installation/upgrade manual, that's why it's called an installation/upgrade manual.

I'm not sure what pages you've read then, as the Wiki explains most aspects of MyBB.

Most people wouldn't consider that a manual, they'd consider that an overview of what features MyBB has. And besides, if you didn't find the Features link before now, when it's got it's own link in the header, there's not much we can do about that. It can't exactly be in a more prominent place.
