I have one user with 20% warning points which are now expired. Today I gave him another/new 10%, and it says that now he has 30% warning points. Why is that? So, if a user have 50% expired warning points, and 50% active warning points (equals 100% warning points) does that means he will be banned, although he actually has only 50% warning points?

I could have sworn this was reported as a bug at some point... hmm, anyway, if you want help in removing it, you can PM me admin details and also PHPMyAdmin details and I'll get it to what it should be.

I'm testing this on my localhost forum now, gave a test user a warning, and in an hour's time, i.e. when it expires, we'll see what's what.

Edit: Ok, I just tested, and it works as it should. It expires, it doesn't show anymore, and a new warning only counts the new one.
