This mod has something to do with MyBB and WordPress integration.
If I post a news article on WordPress, I would like it to be automatically posted on a forum on my board (that forum being specified in some settings panel).
The purpose? This would allow users to discuss the post with all the features of MyBB, as opposed to the slim features of WordPress. It would also allow users to discuss the post without having to create a WordPress user name on my website (they would use their forum username).
Good idea? Or would integrating the two databases be easier in order for the two sites to have common usernames and passwords.
(Edit: I realize a similar mod has been created, but apparently it does not merge users and it was published in 2007, so it may not be up to date.)
