Full Version: The word "Error" in the pathway for user reg
You're currently viewing a stripped down version of our content. View the full version with proper formatting.
When a user registers on my site, and it goes to the screen that says something along the lines of...

"You have been sent an activation email blah blah.."

It shows:

Mysite / Error

in the pathway/breadcrumb of that screen.

Why does it show error, when really its just an informative page telling them they need to check their inbox for the activation email?

Is their any way to eliminate that word and replace with something more suitable?
Can you post a screenshot please?
Hi Tom, hopefully you can see this image...just a thumbnail cause full size is wide, click for full size.

Says Board Message, not Error. I think it's the theme, does it say 'Error' in the default theme??
Actually it does in the default as well. Could it be an edit in english language file?
Around line 124 of global.lang.php

$l['error'] = "Board Message";

Check that Smile
The weird thing is, that line in my global.lang.php is exactly as above...so I dont know why its not substituting the wording.
Try clearing you're browser cookies, cache, etc... It might not make a difference, but it is worth a try..
Check your error page templates to see what language variable is being used.
'Error' may even be hard-coded instead of a language variable being there...
