Hey guys, i installed the shoutbox plugin put everything where it needed to be etc but it still wont work...

Any ideas cos im out Toungue

Plugin issues need to be in the plugin support forum, not the general MyBB support forum.

And you're going to have to be more specific, here. What shoutbox plugin?? How exactly 'isn't it working'?? We cannot read your mind, you have to give us some information.

Can we have more information than "it still won't work"?

And yeah, again, more info as to how it doesn't work??

Plugin/inc/plugins/shoutbox.php to /inc/plugins/
Plugin/inc/languages/english/shoutbox.lang.php to /inc/languages/english/
Plugin/inc/languages/english/admin/shoutbox.lang.php to /inc/languages/english/admin/

Now you can install & activate the shoutbox from the plugin manager in the acp.

Done all of the above and acessed the shoutbox options in the ACP, ive checked everything and it SHOULD be working but when i go to the homepage it doesn't appear to be working Confused

What shoutbox is this? Link to where you got it from too, please?

Is there an on/off switch?? IIRC there's also some usergroup permissions for it. You may have it set to not show on the index but in a new page, too.
