What is the template called i need to edit?

inc/languages/english/index.lang.php
Find the lines that relate to that and change them as you want to. Do not remove the numbers in the brackets though.

And please. Do NOT use Notepad to edit the files. Use Notepad2, Notepad++, Wordpad, etc..
