I keep getting an error

What do i need to do?

Repair the mybb_datacache table in PHPMyAdmin and contact your host if it keeps happening.

I'm also going to printscreen that error so I can add it to the common errors wiki page.

Can you tell my why this happens a lot?
Then if i have to call them, i know what the hell i am talking about with them.
