How do i get my own custom post icons to show i've just changed the name of the xml file and the default icons show still..

Is there a link which needs changing linking to the english post icons folder or do i need to go across all the post icons and change them too <img src="{$theme['imglangdir']}/english/mystyle/newthread.gif" ?

What do you mean by post icons?? Post icons are on the Full Reply page, I think you mean buttons.

The buttons are usually drawn from the 'english' folder of your theme as it is...

Post icons as in new thread, post reply because im just packing my first theme but the default (buttons) are still showing for some reason everything else shows fine.

Yes, they're buttons, post icons are something else.

The theme will load whatever images are in the 'english' folder of your theme, so just put different buttons in the 'english' folder of the theme.

I added the images to the english folder day's ago then just changed the name of the xml file then it started showing the blue default mybb buttons. I found out now why they were'nt showing i had to change the Image Directory to images/Mystyle/.
