How can I hide it or remove it, but make it available for Root Admin or Admin?

That's how it is anyway. Only admins see it.

As far as I know, you can't.. I think you can only just hide it from everyone. But if you do hide it, you can always go to http://link_to_forums/index.php?debug=1 and it'll show some statistics and things like that.

I just saw that only admins can see it lol.
