LOLz, thats not an error.... that is just a thing so that you can find something easier....

It separates your PM folders from the PM functions.

Hm, now after you told us, it is clear, but for someone new it will look a little bit odd or a bug. Wouldn't it be better to use another way to distinguish between the folders and the rest? For example using a folder icon for the folders instead of the dot?
