Tone down on the red text a bit.. find a darker red so it's easier on the eyes.

The gray text is smooth and easy to read, so that's fine.

Change the color of your adsense maybe?

Maybe use a different border-style for your header and footer.

The domain and subject matter are sweet. The theme is a little rough around the edges. A quick google search shows me that the niche might be a bit crowded (there's already 4 or 5 large zombie forums) so it might be hard to attract visitors. Overall, not a bad start.
