Well, I'm the one and only admin of the site and the only one with access to my hosting with the files. What happens is, when I logged out my password didn't work. So I had to reset the password. The problem is you need the verification image and the image isn't showing up!

Is this possibly a theme issue? A hosting issue? Installation issue?

Note, only reason I logged out was to see what they were talking about.


How would I make another admin account in my hosting so that I can merge the two accounts in the mean time of me fixing this problem or transferring to new software.

It might be a hosting issue, or an installation issue - but I'm not too sure.

It worked fine for a little while, but now it's acting up.

Is this for sure not a hosting issue? I mean one or two people forgetting their password MIGHT make sense. Even when we recover the password it doesn't work.
