I don't understand why you don't just use the new reply button?

sure , when you have 20 posts per page and you feel like replying , you will scroll all the way up or all the way down right ? . that question was answered already there is another question here , about pm quotes

It's not hard to hit the "End" button and automatically be scrolled to the bottom, to be honest.

Yeah exactly. And getting rid of the quote button is a crazy idea.

well i would hope my users know how to use their keyboard and if not i'm not going to accomodate that
