myself is admin... and i wanted to give my friends also a admin how can i do this? how to place several admins?

Edit their account in the ACP and change their primary usergroup and display usergroup to Administrators.

Admin CP --> Users & Groups --> *Select the user you want to make Administrator and click their username* --> Profile --> *Change 'Primary User Group' to 'Administrators'
Then you may want to set their permissions as an Administrator:
Admin CP --> Users & Groups --> Admin Permissions --> *Click on the username of the user you want to set the permissions on* --> Set the permissions as you wish
