I'm from Germany so please ignore my bad english . Well than, my question: Is there a Plugin or something which makes a better rightmanagement like the WBB3's one? Or is there something planed for the next release?

What do you mean by better rights management?

You can look through the modifications here at MyBB at http://mods.mybboard.net/mods. There are other resource sites too if you Google them...
