Should be fairly simple, from the prospective of a coder, to add a function which would require X amount of votes before the rating is displayed... Maybe there is already a way to change it, I don't know.
Reason I ask is because 1 vote should not signify a post's value as it's abused deceptively to increase viewing activity.
For instance, a person makes a thread, but doesn't get any attention, so it has no votes. In order to gain visual attention he rates it a 5. Now he'll get 10x+ more attention than other threads without a rating...
Edit- Okay, bad example there, as their is a mod that prevents self-voting, although it'd still be a nice feature to have, regardless. Self-voting is not the main concern, rather, it's more important to be able to see what an "average" vote is on a larger scale rather than just 1 or 2 votes...
