I recently upgraded from 1.2.3 to 1.4.4 and my old template is all jacked up. Furthermore, when I tried out a new theme that is 1.4 compatible (Afresh Black) it doesn't look correct either. Rather than fixing it inch-by-inch, I'd rather just completely wipe out the template/theme and start from scratch.

How do I do this the "right way?" Thanks!

To me, the theme looks as it should, except that it doesn't have a board logo and it's replaced by text

You just need to upload the images for the theme into images/
