Query: if a user group has no permission for a particular forum, the forum becomes invisible to them. Is this definitely correct?

I ask because I was expecting that the forum would be visible, but they would get a message saying that they didn't have permissin to access it.

ACP > Configuration > Forum Home Options > Hide Private Forums? > NO. See what that does.
