Hi,
Is there any option to disable links in signatures for a member who hasn't gotten x posts or reached a certain user title. A lot of spammers just sign up and post a porno link in his/her sig and it's very hard to track.

This limits the use of signatures completely until a certain post count.

Would it be difficult to code?
I don't like how permissions can't be controlled using user titles.

Well, until an actual plugin arrives, just make a note of it in the rules, and if they abuse it, abuse them
