i just have a question
from 2 days , user told me that the quick time don't appear in forums
but i can access quick reply normally (admins)

Make sure the user has enabled the quick reply setting in the User CP options

and i didn't find any option in usercp to enable it
Ok then, try this:
Admin CP --> Configuration --> Settings --> Show Thread Options --> Show Quick Reply Form
Set it to On.
its on !
and admis can use Quick Reply normally
but quick reply not appear for Moderators and users
do i try to re-install plugin ?
Well it's not a per-usergroup setting so they probably have it turned off in their own UserCP.
all member turn it off ?
sure no , cz i register in my site with normal user ( not admin ) and i have same probleme

What is it you need to do?? All you have to do really is change the column that's being affected. Then 1 is on, 0 is off.
