hi my rss syndication s not working..... it's giving the same url for all kinda combinations i try to retrieve

http://freshers360.com/syndication.php?limit=15

i'm getting this same url even if i particularly select some fid's... and i've subscribed for google rss services but it's not getting updated...it's giving feed not found error... can u help me
