When i go to any page it simply says "f"
just a html document saying "F"
& now i cant logout
Err. I think the problem here is more than just MyBB. If you haven't made any changes and are sure that plugins are not the cause then contact your host to see if they can point you in the right direction.
It is because of templates. i have also encountered the same problem but then i solved it by replacing templates.
It might be a good idea to revert your changes, and do things one step at a time until you are more confident.

Well 'messing' with them isn't going to do you any good. Follow rh1n0's suggestion and do things in small bits, or install a test forum and break that instead.
