my forum is coming without a theme even after i installed a theme.
if it's the CHMOD please let me know how to CHMOD after installation is done.
i just removed the install directory.
./cache/ and ./cache/themes/ need to be CHMOD to 777, and check the board URL setting and image path in the theme settings.

thank you now it's actually working...
but i have one problem: on the attachment below why does the header gets that shape (goes out of the box) and there is no side scroll only up and down?
