So i got a backup with my other forums with all my users and stuff..
but hw do i install it on my new forum?

Are you in the middle of upgrading, moving, what are you doing?

Moving host

Import It To Your Database Using phpMyAdmin or another DB Manager.

And then edit ./inc/config.php to point to the new database.
