OK, so I setup a .co.cc on Byethost.
Instead of having it work with my site, it made another folder for the .co.cc domain name. :|
Does this mean I need to move my files? And if so, will I lose my current theme and template changes?

you can always do a backup on your database and reinstall it

Alright. I'll just export the theme, then make a backup and upload the 1.4.4 files.
I guess I kinda blew this out of the water.
EDIT: And thank goodness for the wiki!
