no, they are enabled. I am not sure I noticed them missing. But they will be fixed.

I like the theme though..but the colors...bleh:/
The old theme looked a lot better ... the bright yellow is obnoxious. The red buttons look really out of place. The menu at the top looks cheap, and some of the icons have jaggies.
