Okay I made my first administrator from the installation. But I made the first account for the guild leader herself. But now I need to make myself a administrator. Can you walk me through this please? (No I didn't find this issue on the search.)

Yes, just go to ACP > Users & Groups, click the user, and change their primary group to Admin, simple as that.
